1 Article 6 of the Lawyers Law stipulates that "the state practices a national unified examination system for lawyers' qualifications. With a bachelor's degree or above in law in an institution of higher learning or equivalent professional level, and passed the lawyer qualification examination, the judicial administrative department of the State Council shall grant the lawyer qualification. "
2. Article 7 of the Lawyers Law stipulates that "those who have a bachelor's degree or above in law in colleges and universities, are engaged in legal research, teaching and other professional work, and have senior professional titles or equivalent professional level, apply for practicing as lawyers, and are approved by the judicial administrative department of the State Council in accordance with the prescribed conditions, and are granted lawyer qualification."
Article 5 of the Lawyers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall not be granted the qualification of lawyer under any of the following circumstances:

(2) Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice license revoked;
(3) Having no or limited capacity for civil conduct;
