Luojiashan is located in the middle of Wuchang, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China, on the southwest bank of East Lake. It consists of more than a dozen connected hills, where Wuhan University, a famous institution of higher learning in China, is located.
The top of Luojia Mountain is 1 18.5 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak on the south bank of East Lake, overlooking East Lake and Wuhan. Luojiashan is a subtropical humid monsoon climate with four distinct seasons and lush plants, most of which were introduced by National Wuhan University. There are actually many scenic spots in Luojiashan, including Zhou Enlai's former residence, Guo Moruo's former residence, Yu Dafu's former residence and Chiang Kai-shek's villa.

Cases of private prosecution are directly accepted by the people's courts.
