The ways of collecting attorney fees are as follows:
1. Piece-by-piece fee: generally, cases without property disputes, such as divorce cases and custody cases that only dissolve marriage, are charged according to the piece-by-piece standard, and the fee is generally 5,000-20,000 according to different cases;
2. Charge by time: General lawyers charge by time to provide preliminary consulting services. According to the different types and complexity of consulting cases, the general fee is 200-one hour in 500 yuan;
3. Charge according to the amount of the subject matter: if there is a property dispute in the case, the lawyer's fee will be charged according to the subject matter of the lawsuit.
