Why didn't Yunnan Higher People's Court broadcast administrative cases live?

According to the relevant information, not all cases are broadcast live by the court, but are broadcast live by the court selectively. Legal Basis: Provisions of the Supreme People's Court Municipality on Live Video Recording of People's Courts Article 2 The people's courts may select cases that are highly concerned by the public, have great social influence and have legal publicity and education significance to conduct live video recording of court trials. The following cases shall not be broadcast live or recorded:

1. Cases involving state secrets, commercial secrets, personal privacy and juvenile delinquency. The trial is not held in public according to law.

2. Procuratorial organs explicitly put forward criminal cases that are not broadcast live or recorded in court and have justified reasons.

3. The parties clearly put forward civil and administrative cases that have not been broadcast live or recorded in court and have justified reasons.

4. Other cases that are not suitable for trial live broadcast and recording.
