Anqing public rental housing application conditions

To apply for public rental housing, the applicant's immediate family members who live with * * * have no housing or the per capita housing construction area is less than 15 square meters, and one of the following conditions shall be met: (1) More than two (including two) family members of the applicant have non-agricultural household registration in the place where the public rental housing is located, and at least one of them has been registered in the local town for more than 5 years, and the monthly per capita income of the family is lower than the urban middle-income standard announced by the county-level people's government; (two) the national civil servants and new employees of institutions recruited by the county-level human resources and social departments apply for public rental housing, and their working years should be above 1 year; (3) Employees of an enterprise who apply for public rental housing shall have a stable employment 1 year or more in the place where the public rental housing is located before the application date, sign a labor contract, and have paid social insurance; (four) the staff of public institutions shall apply for the construction of public rental housing, and shall have no housing in their workplaces; (5) The expropriated families who have household registration in the town where the expropriated house is located, live within the scope of house expropriation, and have no house within the town where the expropriated house is located after the government expropriates the house (no property right) or have no economic ability to buy back the property right exchange house; (six) other families in urgent need of assistance as determined by the county people's government. The term "family members" as mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to people who have a legal relationship of support, maintenance or upbringing and live together. If their children move out of their registered permanent residence because of schooling or compulsory military service, they can be regarded as having a relationship with the applicant. Minor children of divorced families must be listed as family members of legal dependents to participate in the application.
