1. College degree and junior professional title entered the scope of subsidy for the first time.
Graduates of senior workers or senior technical schools and technician colleges with college education or junior professional titles listed in the short-term occupations (jobs) will be given housing subsidies not exceeding the maximum purchase price of 80,000 yuan.
2. Increase subsidies for undergraduate or intermediate titles.

However, in this announcement, the preferential policies applicable to talents with master's degree, doctor's degree, associate senior title and above declined slightly.
3. Subsidies are beneficial for couples to apply for double.
Both husband and wife have changed from "the amount of subsidies is enjoyed by both husband and wife at a higher level" in the previous year to "if both parties meet the requirements and apply for talent housing subsidies at the same time, they can enjoy them according to their own standards, and the total amount of subsidies does not exceed the total purchase price".
4. The subsidy conditions are "loose and tight"
Relaxation: from "renewing the labor contract with the employer for more than five years (employment contract)" to "signing the labor employment contract with the employer for more than three years".

Tightening: This application announcement clearly stipulates that the requirement of "purchasing the only family house in Ningbo for the first time in Fenghua District" must be met, and the relaxation condition that the construction area of 20 19 commercial housing is less than 36 square meters (including 36 square meters) is cancelled. In addition, in the Announcement on Declaring the Award for Talents' Settlement in Fenghua District of Ningbo issued at the same time, talents with junior college degree or junior professional title, undergraduate degree or intermediate professional title are divided into "young crop talents" and "young creative talents", which increases the level of talent gradient.
