In order to effectively strengthen forest fire prevention in Tomb-Sweeping Day, effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of forest fires, protect the ecological environment, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property, according to the Forest Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Forest Fire Prevention, the Regulations on Forest Fire Prevention in Zhejiang Province and other laws and regulations, a forest fire ban order is hereby issued:
1. The fire ban period is from March, 2022 14 to April, 2022 15, and all forest areas in the whole region and within 50 meters of the forest edge are fire ban areas.
Second, during the fire ban period, it is forbidden to burn paper, incense and candles, set off fireworks and firecrackers, burn mountains, burn straws, burn ashes and charcoal, burn grass, burn garbage, make a fire to keep warm, have a picnic and barbecue.
Three, the business units and individuals of forests, trees and woodlands shall bear the responsibility of forest fire prevention within their business scope.
Four, during the forest fire ban, towns and departments should take effective measures, increase publicity, patrol and supervision, strictly control the wild fire sources, and severely investigate and deal with illegal use of fire, especially in key areas, key road sections and key intersections. Be prepared for emergency support. Once a forest fire breaks out, it is necessary to quickly organize professional forces, take decisive measures, put out the fire scientifically, ensure "early fighting, small fighting and big fighting", and resolutely put an end to all kinds of casualties.
Five, in violation of this fire ban, shall be punished according to relevant laws and regulations; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
