2. The payment amount should be based on the local payment base and the payment proportion (grade) chosen by yourself;
3. Unit contributions: pension, medical care, work injury, unemployment and maternity (childbearing age). Individuals: pension, medical care, childbirth (within the childbearing age);
4. The difference of payment is that the company pays, 2/3 of the total payment is borne by the company, and 1/3 is borne by the individual. Individuals pay, and all expenses are paid by themselves.
5. The proportion of medical insurance reimbursement is the same;
6. Self-employed individuals, whether they are paid by units or individuals, all expenses are borne by sheep, and they are all self-employed anyway.
