According to the relevant regulations, the competent department of agricultural mechanization is responsible for handling problems related to the maintenance quality, operation quality and after-sales service quality of agricultural machinery. The complainant shall be the owner or user of agricultural machinery engaged in agricultural production with civil capacity, and shall also provide written complaint materials, including at least the following contents: the complainant's name, mailing address, postal code and contact telephone number, as well as accurate information such as the respondent's name, mailing address, postal code and contact telephone number; Name, model, price, purchase date, seller and other information of agricultural machinery products; Information such as time, place, process, fault description, negotiation with the complained party, etc. of quality problems and damage facts; Copies of contracts, invoices, "three guarantees" vouchers, certificates and other specific requirements. Disputes over consumers' rights and interests between consumers and business operators can be resolved through the following channels: (1) settlement through consultation with business operators; (2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate; (three) to complain to the relevant administrative departments; (four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration; (5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court. The complaint channel of the purchased agricultural machinery is: 1.
