(8) The shortage of professionals in special industries such as culture, art, sports, traditional medicine and agricultural technology in this Municipality as mentioned in Item (9) of Article 5 of the Measures refers to industry professionals who have been appraised by peer experts and recommended by industry authorities, as well as industry professionals with corresponding professional qualification certificates.
(9) The standard of "enterprises that are at the leading level in the industry and have made significant contributions to the economic and social development of the invested county" as mentioned in Item (10) of Article 5 of these Measures shall be separately formulated by the human resources and social security department of the invested county in conjunction with the relevant competent departments of the county and implemented after approval.
