Is there a future as a management consultant in a consulting company?

First of all, does the industry have prospects? At present, five ministries and commissions require state-owned enterprises and listed companies to vigorously promote the construction of internal control system based on Symbian Act. Almost all listed companies have to establish internal control systems, and various management consulting companies have mushroomed. It can be said that management consulting is becoming a profession lacking talents, and the demand will increase in the next few years. Experienced internal control consultants will definitely be in short supply, so there will still be a decline in the future. Second, is there any money to earn? Due to the shortage of talents in the internal control industry, I believe that the treatment of experienced and capable management consultants is still considerable (for the mainland). The average salary of internal control in Beijing is 7000, and the salary of Shanghai 8000 senior consultants is higher. You can enjoy project sharing outside Nanjing, enjoy business travel subsidies, travel for free, and earn a little money. Third, can you learn anything? Management consultants require us to go deep into the enterprise, be familiar with all business processes of the enterprise, and analyze the shortcomings in all business management links of the enterprise. It can be said that it is a good exercise opportunity for our newly graduated college students. Of course, I admit that what we have learned may only be superficial management, but personally, I think we are not engaged in research, so it is ok to make a living by knowing a little fur. Fourth, are you tired from work? Personally, I don't think working in an enterprise is the same concept. I used to work in an insurance company. I had to get up before dawn and go home after dark. It is normal to go to work on Saturday and Sunday, which makes people very tired. Working in an enterprise is oppressed and abused by enterprise regulations and leaders. In contrast, doing internal control is relatively easy and free (of course, sometimes it will be harder to work overtime until 5 pm). After all, it is purely mental work, just sitting, typing and drawing (not masculine enough, not exercising muscles). According to this theory, whether a person can succeed in five years depends on which courses he has attended, which books he has read and who he has contacted. Internal control = enterprise management training meeting+management economics books+all kinds of enterprise leaders, middle and senior managers, the success of internal control is inevitable.
