Kunshan Bus Terminal Co., Ltd. was established by Suzhou Bus Terminal Group Co., Ltd., Kunshan Bus Terminal Company and Kunshan Road and Bridge Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. on May 8, 2005.
The company implements the general manager responsibility system, which consists of four departments: comprehensive office, financial audit department, freight yard management department and comprehensive development department, and two station departments.
