: Booking method flow
1. Download "My Shenzhen" APP.
2. Slide the service list to the left in the "New Service" column in the middle of the homepage to see the "Course Reservation" service, or directly enter "Course Reservation" in the search column at the top of the homepage;
3. In the "Venue Reservation" service interface, you can select Guangming District-School Venue -OK through the filtering function to accurately locate the list of school venues in Guangming District;
4. Select the school venue to be booked, click Booking, select the school venue and time to be booked, click Next, read the admission instructions carefully and then click Accept;
5. Choose a date. If there are no employees, please click Add to add employees, and then click Next;
6. After the appointment is completed, click View Order to check whether the school, project and appointment time are accurate. You can also check the status of my order in the personal center interface of "Course Reservation".
7. Bookers must check in and check out in person at the school check-in office. After logging in, the access code turns green, and after logging in, the access code turns gray.
Admission notice
(1) Booking students should take their temperature according to epidemic prevention requirements and show their health green code and travel code;
(2) When entering the school for exercise, you need to bring the ID card of the person who made an appointment to enter the school, scan the code on the spot, and the staff can check the relevant information before entering the school;
(3)/kloc-people under 0/4 years old or people over 70 years old need to be accompanied by their parents to make an appointment for admission, and parents also need to bring their own identity documents;
(4) When leaving, you must scan the code and sign it back as required;
(five) no smoking, drinking and other acts that do not meet the requirements of school management on campus;
(6) Do not carry out non-open sports activities on campus, such as square dance, kite flying, unmanned aerial vehicle, roller skating, skateboarding, cycling, balance car and other activities;
(seven) do not bring inflammable, explosive, fragile and other dangerous goods into school, do not bring colored drinks, chewing gum, greasy food into school, do not bring pets into school;
(8) The exerciser at school has no diseases such as hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases that are not suitable for strenuous exercise, and all safety accidents that occur during school exercise due to concealing his illness shall be borne by himself;
(9) Admission of students promises no violation of laws and regulations;
(10) Take good care of personal belongings and take responsibility for the losses caused by improper personal care;
(eleven) consciously abide by the requirements for the use of campus sports venues and equipment, and compensate for the equipment damage caused by improper personal use;
(thirteen) consciously keep the campus clean and tidy, and abide by the requirements of garbage classification management;
(14) Consciously abide by the campus site management regulations and the guidance of the staff, and obey the management of the site staff;
(fifteen) without the consent of the school staff, no activities including teaching and training, activity organization, advertising, etc. shall be carried out. It shall be carried out within the site;
(sixteen) without the consent of the school staff, not allowed to enter the school teaching area, office area, student dormitory and other non-open areas.
