Xi Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce is a social organization with legal personality voluntarily formed by Wenzhou businessmen in Xi. The competent business unit is Xi Social Organization Promotion Association, and the competent registration unit is Xi Civil Affairs Bureau. Xi' an Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce, formerly known as "Xi' an South Zhejiang Industry and Trade Association", was established on1September 5, 996, and its party branch was established on1September 996. In February 2003, it was renamed as "Xi 'an Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce". In July 2005, the first social organization, the General Party Branch, was established with five branches. Xi 'an Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce, with more than 800 members, is the earliest social group with a certain scale and influence established by the industrial and commercial circles in our city. In February 2005, Xi Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce was rated as "advanced unit of group members of the year" by Xi Federation of Industry and Commerce, and was rated as "advanced unit of service members" by Xi Federation of Industry and Commerce in February 2007 and February 2008. The founder and president of the Chamber of Commerce is Comrade Zheng Haidi, who has been re-elected for two terms.
