The examination subjects for consulting engineers are divided into four subjects: macroeconomic policy and development planning, project organization and management, project decision analysis and evaluation, and modern consulting methods and practices.
Candidates who have won the National Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement Award or the National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Award, or who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of engineering technology through the national unified examination and have been engaged in engineering consulting business for 8 years, can only take the examination of two subjects: project decision analysis and evaluation and modern consulting methods and practice.
