"Sports", "Gendarmerie and Public Security" and "Early Admission of Other Undergraduate Colleges" can be reported to four colleges, and each college can report to six majors. Candidates who apply for the military, police and civilian classes or colleges with relevant requirements in advance must participate in the ideological and political moral assessment, physical examination and interview organized by special organizations. Candidates who apply for other types of undergraduate courses in advance must conduct ideological and political moral assessment or interview according to the requirements of enrollment universities.
"Art" undergraduate course is divided into two sections: A and B. Art Class A is independent undergraduate course Art College and other colleges (majors) that have not arranged provincial art enrollment plans in our district, and can fill in 1 college volunteers; Section b is other art undergraduate colleges (majors), and three colleges can volunteer; Candidates who apply for art colleges in independent undergraduate course and other colleges (majors) that have not arranged provincial art enrollment plans must fill in the relevant colleges in paragraph A.
(2) A group of key poverty-stricken undergraduates, with southern Xinjiang listed separately, and aiding Xinjiang with counterparts: a group of undergraduate colleges (majors) that recruit students for rural and poverty-stricken areas, four prefectures in southern Xinjiang, and aiding poverty-stricken areas with counterparts. Two institutions can fill in their volunteers, and each institution can fill in six majors.
(3) Batch of special plans for colleges and universities (before the first batch of undergraduate courses): colleges and universities (majors) with special plans for colleges and universities 1 college volunteers can apply for 6 majors.
(4) A batch of undergraduate courses: undergraduate colleges (majors) approved to participate in this batch of admission. 1 college volunteer group, 9 parallel colleges, each college volunteer can fill in 6 majors.
(5) Special poverty alleviation project, separate plan for southern Xinjiang, and the second batch of undergraduate programs to aid Xinjiang: the second batch of undergraduate colleges (majors) that recruit students for rural and poverty-stricken areas, four southern Xinjiang prefectures, and poverty-stricken areas to aid Xinjiang. Three institutions can fill in their volunteers, and each institution can fill in six majors.
(6) Second batch of undergraduate courses: undergraduate colleges (majors) approved to participate in this batch of admission. There are 1 college volunteer groups and 18 parallel college volunteers, and each college volunteer can fill in 6 majors.
(7) Advance approval of higher vocational colleges (specialties): art, sports, military and police, public security, separate admission in southern Xinjiang and other higher vocational colleges (specialties) admitted separately in advance. Two institutions can fill in their volunteers, and each institution can fill in six majors. In addition to the armed police, public security, southern Xinjiang and other higher vocational colleges (colleges) (majors) that are admitted separately in advance, other categories cannot be submitted concurrently.
(8) Higher vocational (specialist) batches: the specialties of undergraduate colleges and higher vocational (specialist) colleges. 1 college volunteer group, 9 parallel colleges, each college volunteer can fill in 6 majors.
2. Batch of "three schools upgraded to undergraduate courses": local higher vocational colleges that recruit graduates from secondary vocational schools, vocational high schools, technical schools and mainland secondary vocational classes. There are 1 colleges and universities that can volunteer and 6 majors that can be filled in.
3. The enrollment plan of the same university with the same academic level should be arranged in the same batch in principle; If necessary, different majors in the same university can be arranged in different batches belonging to the same academic level through consultation between the university and Xinjiang Education Examinations Institute; However, all enrollment plans of the same school, the same major and the same educational level must be arranged in the same batch, and the same tuition standard approved by the relevant departments shall be implemented. Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in colleges and universities should be arranged in the same batch with other majors enrolled in the same region.
Admission batches of institutions and majors shall be subject to those published by ordinary colleges and universities in the professional catalogue of Xinjiang enrollment plan in 2020.
4. The way, time and method of candidates volunteering to fill in the report are formulated by Xinjiang Education Examinations Institute according to the actual work and announced to the public. Candidates must log in to Xinjiang Admissions Network as required within the specified time and complete the voluntary reporting in the "Online Volunteer Reporting System for General College Entrance Examination".
5. Candidates who apply for the general enrollment plan can only fill in the general enrollment plan; Candidates who apply for a single-class enrollment plan can fill in either a single-class enrollment plan or a general enrollment plan; Candidates applying for the bilingual enrollment plan can only fill in the bilingual enrollment plan; Bilingual candidates who use minority languages in liberal arts comprehensive subjects (using mode one teaching) can only fill in minority language enrollment plans; Candidates applying for the enrollment plan of civil languages (Uyghur, Kazak and Kirgiz) can only fill in the enrollment plan of civil languages (Uyghur, Kazak and Kirgiz); Candidates who apply for the enrollment plan in Mongolian can only fill in the enrollment plan in Mongolian.
6. Candidates who choose to take the "three colleges and universities upgraded to higher vocational colleges" exam can only fill in the professional volunteers listed in the "three colleges and universities upgraded to higher vocational colleges" plan published in the professional catalogue of Xinjiang enrollment plan in 2020.
7. After a batch of undergraduate students, a batch of undergraduate students, a batch of undergraduate students and a batch of undergraduate students are admitted to poverty alleviation projects, separate projects in southern Xinjiang and counterpart aid projects, they will each collect a volunteer; After the batch admission of higher vocational colleges (specialties) is over, two times of collecting volunteers will be arranged. According to the unfinished enrollment plan of colleges and universities, Xinjiang Education Examinations Institute organizes candidates who have not yet been admitted to collect voluntary information online and file on the basis of the current collection of voluntary information. Starting from the first batch of undergraduate volunteers, candidates can also modify their volunteers to fill in subsequent batches.
8. Candidates should carefully read the enrollment regulations, enrollment regulations and enrollment plans of colleges and universities, fill in their volunteers as required, and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of their volunteers. The consequences caused by the examinee's own omissions or mistakes shall be borne by the examinee himself.
9. Admission examination institutions at all levels and senior secondary education schools should organize their efforts to strengthen the policy interpretation and technical guidance on candidates' voluntary reporting. Provide full guidance services such as preparing for the exam and volunteering to fill in the report for the children of frontline medical staff in epidemic prevention and control. In addition to the specific matters specified by the Ministry of Education, before the candidates complete the voluntary reporting, the admission examination institutions at all levels shall not provide the candidates' college entrance examination results to the relevant universities.
