The application for house purchase is directly responsible by the household administration department of each public security bureau. Complete the formalities, complete the investigation and verification within 7 working days from the date of acceptance, and report to the Municipal Bureau; The Municipal Bureau shall complete the examination and approval within 8 working days. After receiving the household registration materials, the branch offices and police stations shall notify the residents to handle the relevant procedures within 5 working days. In addition, the applicant should pay attention to the following issues.
(1) The house shall be purchased in the urban area of our city, and its construction area shall be subject to the construction area registered in the property ownership certificate, excluding the basement and garage area.
(2) Commercial housing with * * * property right, where * * * property right is permanent residence in other places, one party is allowed to settle down economically according to the relevant conditions of house purchase; If * * * one party of the same property owner is a permanent residence in Jinan and the other party is a permanent residence in other places, it will no longer be resettled according to the policy of purchasing houses and settling down.
(3) Persons who have lived in three counties and one city of this Municipality for more than three years refer to those who have obtained permanent residence in three counties and one city of this Municipality for more than three years.
When buying a house, make sure that the house has no fixed residence.
Each set of commercial housing (including second-hand housing) can only enjoy the policy of buying a house once in 5 years. Its scope of application refers to the personnel who moved into the sixth district of the city and settled in accordance with the house purchase policy from June 5438+065438+1October 7, 2008. This set of commercial housing will no longer enjoy the above-mentioned purchase and settlement policy within five years. When residents declare to buy a house and move in, there should be no permanent residence of others in the commercial residential house.
After the adjustment of the policy of purchasing houses and settling down, the public security police station in the place to settle down will check and verify the situation of the settled people at their addresses through the microcomputer population information system when issuing the economic household registration certificate. If the house has been settled in the urban area for less than five years from the date of settlement, the residents who have declared the house settlement shall be informed in time in accordance with relevant regulations. At present, no economic household registration certificate will be issued. When accepting the application for house purchase and settlement, the Household Affairs Section of each branch office also conducts an audit one by one in the above manner.
