Legal Analysis: The disposal of Mao Di in Huangpu District also ushered in a major breakthrough last year: two neighborhoods in Chang Road, Gong Jianxin, Shanghai, five neighborhoods in Jianguo East Road, Sunac Dongjiadu Project, and No.69 plot in Fuxing East Road, Pearl River, and other large-scale "Mao Di" projects were fully launched.
