Master Quartus 2, come in! Error report on waveform simulation

This should be a human error, perhaps when trying to display the waveform of a logo, an unrecognizable number was entered by mistake.

Generally speaking, instead of manually entering an add signal, browse and then select the add signal. If you can't find it at the moment, delete it all and choose Add.
