Usually, you can restart the modem first (just unplug the transformer) and wait for the lamp of the modem to stabilize after 2 minutes. (1)PWR is the power lamp. If it doesn't light up, the power may not be turned on or connected correctly, or there may be something wrong with the modem.
(2)WLK is a line synchronization lamp. If this light flashes, it proves that the lines are out of sync. There may be the following reasons: ① Your telephone line is not connected correctly, or some phones are not connected with a voice separator; ② There is something wrong with the voice separator; ③ There is something wrong with the line. At this time, it is recommended that you connect the telephone line into the house directly to the modem (without any telephone and voice separator). After stabilization, if you find that the WLK light is still flashing, it may be a line problem, and you need to report the fault to the telecom company. If the telephone line is directly connected to the modem, it can be synchronized. It may be that your line connection is wrong (please refer to the line connection diagram).
Note: It is best to restart the modem after the telephone line is reconnected.
(3)LLK light indicates the normal state of modem and computer network card. If the LLK light is off, it may be that the computer is not turned on, or the network cable connecting the network card and the modem is not connected properly. Please make sure that the network cable is connected to the modem, network cable and network card. You can try plugging and unplugging the network cable several times or replacing the network cable. Another possibility is that the network card is loose or broken. If the LLK light is still off after completing the above steps, please report the fault to the telecom company.
