The administrative department of urban and rural construction is responsible for the design review, supervision and management of elevator specifications and quantity configuration in construction projects, as well as the supervision and management of elevator shaft, machine room and pit quality.
The real estate administrative department is responsible for guiding and urging the property service enterprises to perform the duties of elevator safety management, and handling the special property maintenance funds for elevator renovation, maintenance and renewal according to law.
The safety production supervision and management department is responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of elevator safety, organizes or participates in the investigation and handling of elevator safety accidents according to the authorization of the government at the same level, and supervises the implementation of accident investigation and accountability.
Public security, emergency, letter, finance, planning, price, industry and commerce departments should do a good job in elevator safety supervision and management according to their respective responsibilities. Fifth county (city) District People's government and its relevant departments, elevator users, schools and news media should strengthen the publicity of elevator safety knowledge and relevant laws and regulations, advocate civilized elevator ride, and enhance public safety awareness and self-protection ability. Article 6 The elevator industry association shall establish an industry self-discipline mechanism, formulate industry norms, carry out industry information analysis and research, provide education, training and consulting services, participate in industry integrity management, and promote the healthy development of the industry. County (city) District People's Government shall give appropriate subsidies to the renewal of old elevators in residential areas without the establishment of special maintenance funds for property. After the elevator is put into use, the elevator manufacturing unit shall follow up and investigate the safe operation of the elevator in accordance with the regulations, and make a good record of the investigation. Tenth construction engineering design units in the design of elevator devices, should implement the relevant state regulations and standards; Do not meet the relevant provisions and standards, the construction drawing review agency shall not issue review documents. Eleventh elevator room, shaft, pit and other projects should meet the national standards and construction engineering design requirements. If the projects listed in the preceding paragraph do not meet the national standards and the design requirements of construction projects, the administrative department of quality and technical supervision shall not issue joint acceptance opinions on the completion of construction projects, and the administrative department of urban and rural construction shall not conduct completion acceptance for the record.
