When applying for housing lease registration, the following documents shall be submitted:
1, written lease contract;
2. Real estate license;
3, the legal documents of the parties;
4, other documents stipulated by the Municipal People's government;
5. If * * * has a room for rent, it must also submit the proof that other * * * people agree to rent it;
6. If the entrusted escrow house is rented, the certificate that the entrusted escrow person is authorized to rent shall be submitted. After the application for housing lease is examined and approved by the real estate management department of the people's government of the city or county, a housing lease certificate will be issued. It is strictly forbidden to forge, alter, lend or transfer the house lease certificate after receiving it. If you lose your house lease certificate, you should apply to the original issuing authority for a replacement.

Rental housing should be registered for the record.
If the lease contract is signed, changed or terminated, the parties concerned shall register with the housing increase management department of the people's government of the city or county where the house is located.
Article 14
The parties to the housing lease shall, within 30 days after the signing of the lease contract, go through the registration formalities with the real estate management department of the people's government of the city or county with the documents specified in Article 15 of these Measures.
