(1) Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 should obtain diplomas, degree certificates and other certificates recognized by the state before July 3, 2023 (if the issuance of diplomas of ordinary college graduates in 2023 is delayed due to the epidemic, the time of issuing diplomas in official website shall prevail, and the school where students attend shall prevail); Other personnel must obtain and provide graduation certificate, degree certificate, professional title (practice) qualification certificate and other certificates required by post conditions before the qualification examination is completed.

(2) The general post requires the age of 35 years old and below (that is,1born in or after March 1987). Please refer to the post table for details.

The major indicated on the applicant's diploma should be consistent with the major required by the recruiting unit.

The academic degree and professional name contained in the applicant's valid diploma and degree certificate should be consistent with the academic degree and professional requirements of the corresponding post in the post table.

Under any of the following special circumstances, you can apply after passing the examination:

(1) Due to the renaming of the major of the national education administrative department, the name of the major studied by the applicants is different from that of the recruitment major, but they do belong to the same major (the applicants provide their own certification materials);

(1) Registration

2. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link of recruitment, if the applicant is found to be unqualified or fraudulent, his qualification for application (employment) will be cancelled at his own risk.

(3) Evaluation

Take an interview (interview) or a professional skill test.

The time and place of assessment will be notified separately.

The assessment mainly tests the applicant's knowledge structure, professional quality, communication and coordination ability, etc.

After the assessment, the human resources department of the organization will publicize the assessment results and ranking of the appraisers in the corresponding positions on the website of the government department in time for 3 days.

Applicants with an assessment score of less than 70 points cannot enter the medical examination, and the number of people who enter the medical examination can be less than the recruitment quota announced in the announcement.

If there is competition in the recruitment position, the physical examination personnel shall be determined according to the assessment results from high to low. If the last person has two or more people with the same assessment results, the assessment team will co-ordinate the organization of additional tests and select the best physical examination personnel with the same number.

If there is no competition in the recruitment position, the examination score of the medical examiner shall not be less than 80 points.

Candidates voluntarily give up the positions they apply for, and the human resources department of the organization will study and determine whether to make up for them.

(5) Physical examination

If the employer or medical examiner has doubts about the results of the medical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot, he may submit a written re-examination request within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the medical examination conclusion, and the re-examination will only be conducted once, and only the items that have an impact on the medical examination conclusion will be re-examined. The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.

Due to various reasons such as voluntary abandonment of medical examination or unqualified medical examination, the organization (human society) department will study and determine whether to replace the personnel.

(6) Investigation

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of those who pass the medical examination.

The contents of the investigation mainly include political thought, moral quality, ability and quality, psychological quality, study and work performance, life style, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, social relations, the implementation of dishonesty and whether there are any situations that should be avoided. , and verify the authenticity and validity of personnel files and other materials related to the examination, and make a conclusion whether they are qualified or not.

Those who do not meet the requirements, have poor performance and evaluation, are psychologically extreme and have severe mental illness may be disqualified.

The organization (human society) department will study and determine whether to replace the vacancies that have been cancelled during the inspection and the applicants who have passed the inspection will automatically give up before publicity.

(7) Publicity

Those who pass the examination, physical examination and inspection shall be publicized to the public for 7 working days after being submitted for approval according to the prescribed procedures.

After the expiration of the publicity of the list of persons to be employed, if the problems are not reflected or reflected but the employment is not affected, the employment procedures shall be handled; If there is a problem that reflects the fact that it affects employment, it will not be hired; If there is a problem, but it is difficult to verify or deny it at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then the employment will be decided after verification.

Due to the above reasons or during the publicity period, the vacant positions voluntarily abandoned by the employees to be hired will not be filled.

(8) Employment

1. Those who pass the examination, physical examination, investigation and publicity shall be examined and confirmed by the Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the relevant employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures (the employed personnel are on-the-job, and valid written proof materials such as the arbitration award of labor and personnel disputes issued by the original unit shall be provided; In 2023, college graduates first signed an intention agreement, and after obtaining relevant certificates such as graduation certificate and degree certificate required by the post before July 3, 2023, the certificate will go through relevant employment procedures).

2. Upon examination and confirmation, the personnel to be employed shall report to the recruiting unit within the prescribed time limit, and the recruiting unit shall go through the employment formalities according to the relevant provisions of the state.

If the person to be employed fails to report for duty without reason after receiving the notice, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

Vacancies caused by the above reasons or other reasons will not be filled.

3. Employed personnel shall implement probation system according to relevant policies and regulations.

After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination by the recruiting unit will be formally hired; If there are serious violations of law and discipline during the probation period or at the expiration of the probation period, the employment will be cancelled.
