With the profound changes in social productive forces and production relations, in the field of labor relations, the cultural quality, values and social needs of workers are undergoing major structural changes, and realizing decent work and dignified life is becoming the value orientation and collective consciousness of workers, especially the new generation of migrant workers. Taking the initiative to adapt to this change is a major test for our province and an important opportunity for Guangdong to solve contradictions and achieve scientific development and social harmony. To speed up the transformation of economic development mode in our province, we must realize the transformation from relying mainly on increasing the consumption of material resources to relying mainly on scientific and technological progress, improving the quality of workers and innovating management. Strengthening humanistic care and improving the employment environment is not only an objective requirement to promote the all-round development of workers, but also an inevitable choice to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, enhance the cohesion of enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and realize transformation and upgrading; It is not only the responsibility of governments at all levels, but also the social responsibility that enterprises should bear. All localities, relevant departments and enterprises must attach great importance to it, further enhance their sense of responsibility and initiative, and accelerate the construction of a new socialist labor relationship that is people-oriented, fair, just, harmonious and stable.

Second, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
