Bank accounts that are not bound with SMS banking service cannot query the balance through this instruction. 1. If you need to sign SMS banking, you can bring your valid ID card and bank card to any branch of Agricultural Bank of China to sign the contract. Self-service opening of other channels is temporarily not supported.
2. SMS banking rules are as follows:
Customers who have not started messaging service before, or who have cancelled all messaging service status at present, need to start SMS banking to start messaging service (SMS banking can be deactivated and only use messaging service function);
Customers who have previously opened the messaging service can add a messaging service account, which is not restricted by SMS banking;
The previous batch registration personal messaging service transaction is temporarily unavailable.
3. SMS banks do not charge separately, but only charge for the message service of subordinate accounts. Rules such as charging method, time, tariff standard and service suspension conditions are consistent with the original message service.
