(a) the construction project proposal and feasibility study investment estimation, project economic evaluation report preparation and audit;
(two) the preparation and review of the construction project budget, with the design scheme comparison, optimization design, quota design and other work, analysis and control of the project cost;
(three) the determination of the contract price of the construction project (including the compilation and review of the bill of quantities and the pre-tender estimate of the bidding project); Signing and adjustment of contract price (including engineering change, engineering negotiation and calculation of claim cost), project payment, project settlement and compilation and audit of completion settlement report, etc. ;
(4) Appraisal and arbitration consultation of economic disputes over project cost;
(5) Providing engineering cost information service, etc.
Risk warning: Engineering cost consulting enterprises can manage and serve the organization and implementation of construction projects in the whole process or in several stages. An engineering cost consulting enterprise shall conclude a written engineering cost consulting contract with the client when undertaking the engineering cost consulting business of various construction projects.
It mainly consists of four parts: direct engineering cost, indirect cost, planned profit and tax.
1, direct engineering costs, that is, various costs that constitute the engineering entity, including labor costs, materials costs, construction machinery use fees, etc.
2. Indirect expenses include engineering sewage charges, engineering quota determination fees, social security fees, enterprise management fees, etc.
Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Construction Project Cost Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the construction project cost activities and their supervision and management within the administrative area of this province. Construction projects that must be subject to tender according to law shall be supervised and managed in accordance with these measures.
Unless otherwise provided by the state, the supervision and management of engineering cost activities of transportation, water conservancy and other majors shall be governed by its provisions.
The term "construction project cost" as mentioned in these Measures refers to all the costs required for the construction project from preliminary preparation to completion, acceptance and delivery, including construction and installation costs, equipment purchase costs, other construction costs, reserve costs, loan interest during the construction period, fixed assets investment direction adjustment tax and related costs included in accordance with national and provincial regulations.
The term "construction project cost activities" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the formulation of a unified project pricing basis in the whole province, the collection and release of project price information, the development of construction project pricing, and the provision of technical services for construction project pricing activities.
