In order to implement the requirements of Weifang and Weifang on accelerating the expansion and upgrading of urban and rural public welfare posts, according to the spirit of the document Notice on Further Standardizing and Strengthening the Development and Management of Urban and Rural Public Welfare Posts issued by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, combined with the reality of gaomi city, a number of rural public welfare posts will be developed for the society in 2022.
I. Number of posts
On the basis of the annual development plan, in 2022, rural public welfare jobs will be added 1400.
Second, the recruitment target
Rural public welfare jobs mainly place the following four groups with employment difficulties:
1. Population enjoying poverty alleviation policy: refers to the corresponding personnel registered and managed by the rural revitalization department.
2. Rural low-income population: refers to the corresponding personnel registered and managed by the civil affairs department.
3. Disabled people in rural areas: refers to the corresponding personnel registered and managed by the Disabled Persons' Federation.
4. Older people in rural areas. Generally speaking, the post age of rural public welfare post personnel is no more than 65 years old. Physical conditions permit, with the consent of the employer, the age conditions may be appropriately relaxed, but the post age shall not exceed 70 years old.
Third, the recruitment conditions
Abide by national laws and regulations and have good moral conduct; Having the professional knowledge and skills required for the post; Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post; Have other conditions stipulated by the post development unit. Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:
1. Having enjoyed support policies such as public welfare post subsidies, social security subsidies for people with employment difficulties and social security subsidies for people with flexible employment difficulties for three years;
2. Achieve employment through employing units' absorption, flexible employment and self-employment;
3. Violation of laws and regulations is being investigated;
4. Have enjoyed retirement benefits;
5, public officials, villages and towns for the record and by the financial support or village collective economic subsidies of village cadres;
6. Other circumstances in which the applicant is not allowed to apply as stipulated by laws and regulations.
