Bring my ID card, star card, shopping receipt and bonus to any local Starbucks (during the insurance period, it is best to go to the store where the star card was originally purchased) and tell the clerk to return the card directly.
Generally speaking, the clerk will refund the original amount after verifying that the card and my information are correct. It should be noted that the password coating on the back of the card cannot be scratched. If it is scratched, the clerk generally won't agree to a refund.
