Brief introduction of scenic spots in Yanqing Bird Wetland Nature Reserve;
Wild Duck Lake, a bird wetland nature reserve in Yanqing County, Beijing, always sees moving pictures every spring. Red rock, cormorant, wild duck, etc. 150 kinds of birds continue all the year round. In March of 200 1 year, more than 400 swans came here to "settle down", making Yeya Lake a veritable bird paradise. According to reports, in 1996, this swan returned to the Wild Duck Lake for the first time, and since then, this swan has stayed here every year. Wild Duck Lake is a typical lake-wetland ecotone, with vast marshes, abundant aquatic plants, numerous fish and shrimps, a stable water surface of 30,000 mu, a submerged area of 50,000 mu, surrounded by grasslands, and located in the transition zone from North China Plain to Shaanxi-Mongolia Plateau, which has become an ideal habitat for birds and an important stopover for migratory birds. From 65438 to 0997, in order to protect Wild Duck Lake, Yanqing County listed it as a county-level nature reserve, planted trees and grass on a large scale, continuously expanded the water surface, provided better living space for birds, and appointed special personnel as bird protection supervisors, which attracted more and more birds. According to the investigation, there are more than 50 species of birds 16 orders, 42 families/kloc-0, including black stork, bustard, golden eagle 16 species, white swan, gray crane 16 species, and 60 species of first-and second-class protected animals in Beijing. Every year, more than 6,543,800 geese and ducks migrate through the Wild Duck Lake, and there are more than 1 10,000 wild ducks in spring. This year, Yeya Lake was officially approved as a municipal bird wetland nature reserve. In the wild duck lake in early spring, the morning breeze is chilly. Walking along the dam, tourists can see countless birds perched on the wide water on both sides. All kinds of birds emerge one after another, which is pleasing to the eye. In the distance, I heard the unique singing of swans. Looking at the lake, I saw hundreds of swans gathered on the water hundreds of meters away, which looked like pieces of white clouds. They either take a leisurely walk on the grass beach, or wander freely in the water, or fly with their wings, or sing loudly. They fly from low altitude from time to time, and their white wings are getting whiter and whiter under the sunlight. Beijing Evening News
