In order to help relevant personnel understand the relevant contents of rotary excavation pile foundation, Zhong Da Consulting has compiled relevant materials, and the basic contents are as follows:
Engineering terminology generally refers to the pile type constructed by rotary drilling rig, which is the full name of rotary drilling cast-in-place pile, and is referred to as rotary drilling pile in engineering. Because of mechanical operation, the number of workers is not high, which can save a lot of labor costs.
Technical points of common faults in rotary excavation pile foundation construction;
(1) Hole channeling control measures. Pile foundations with a distance between piles less than 4 times the pile diameter should be staggered, and adjacent piles should be drilled discontinuously as far as possible. Hole-forming operation should be carried out after the pouring of adjacent pile holes is completed as far as possible.
(2) Control measures of pile position deviation. Before construction, remove underground obstacles, level and tamp the site to prevent the rig from running off. When setting out the pile position, be careful and strictly control the error. The levelness and verticality of the pile driver should be checked repeatedly before and during drilling.
(3) Preventive measures for hole collapse: adjust the mud parameters in time, properly control the drilling speed when drilling in soft sand layer, supplement the mud in the hole in time by drilling every other time, actively organize follow-up work after hole formation, minimize the detention time, and avoid collision with the hole wall when hoisting the reinforcing cage and conduit.
(4) Measures to prevent broken piles. Before concrete pouring, the quality of concrete must be checked, and the concrete supply must be timely to ensure the continuous pouring of concrete; A filter screen is arranged on the concrete funnel to prevent large pieces from entering the conduit; Control all indicators of mud. In the process of pouring, the pouring height of concrete should be calculated according to the pouring quantity of concrete. Before extubation, the height of the concrete surface must be measured and compared with the length of the conduit in the hole to ensure that the buried depth of the conduit in the concrete meets the requirements.
