2. Those who have a master's degree in psychology, education and medicine, have passed the second-level formal training of psychological counselors and reached the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion;
3. Those who have obtained the third-level professional qualification certificate of psychological counselors, have been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years, have reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of psychological counselors, and have obtained the certificate of completion;
4. Persons with intermediate or above professional and technical professional qualifications in psychology, education and medicine, who have reached the required standard hours after formal training at the level of psychological counselor and obtained a certificate of completion, and have been engaged in psychological counseling for three consecutive years.

In China, the Ministry of Labor officially launched the National Professional Standard for Psychological Counselors (Trial) in April, 20001year, and officially listed psychological counselors as "China Professional Ceremony". Social organizations are not allowed to license and recognize their qualifications in disguise. If the qualification holders have gross negligence because they do not have the proper professional level, the units responsible for licensing and recognition should also bear corresponding responsibilities.
