Candidates click the "Registration Process" entrance on the home page of the registration website (primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network) to enter the registration system page → register and obtain the login password (the account number is my ID number) → log in to the online registration system → register for written examination → select the province (Hunan) to apply for → select the examination area (city, state) → select the category → select the subject → complete the online registration information → wait for the online audit → register the candidates who have passed the examination again. The specific steps are as follows:
The first step is to log on to the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network" ().
The second step is to register. Candidates must (re-) register and obtain the login password of the online newspaper system (the account number is their ID number) before they can sign up for the written test. At the time of registration, candidates are required to accurately fill in their names, choose the type of documents, fill in the number of documents and other information.
Step 3: After the candidates complete the registration, they will carefully read and confirm according to the process, then sign the letter of commitment for the integrity test (electronic version) and promise to abide by the test discipline. Violation of examination discipline, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Ninth Amendment to the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)" and the "National Education Examination Disciplinary Measures".
The fourth step is to read the application instructions. Candidates must carefully read the application conditions and qualifications, and they can only apply if they meet the conditions.
Step five, fill in personal information. Candidates need to check the correctness of personal basic information such as name, gender and ID number. Candidates should carefully check the personal basic information provided, and the registration information shall not be changed after being approved.
Step 6, upload electronic photos. The photo requirements are as follows:
(1) My bareheaded, front, color and white background photos in the last 6 months show that the candidates are not allowed to wear hats, headscarves, hair bands and sunglasses on their heads and shoulders;
(2) Photo format and size: JPG/JPEG format, no more than 200K K.
(3) The photos will be used for the admission ticket and examination certificate. Candidates are requested to upload in strict accordance with the requirements.
Step 7, fill in the report. Candidates must carefully read the requirements and relevant regulations for registration before filling in the form. Candidates themselves must truthfully fill in the household registration location, residence permit application place, school name, whether they are students, whether they are teachers' majors, school registration number, highest academic qualifications, certificate number and other information, and choose the examination area according to the household registration, school registration (school registration) location or residence permit application place. In principle, the test center is located in the seat of the Municipal People's government. Test sites need to be located in colleges and universities and counties and cities close to the location of the Municipal People's Government, and all test sites will be randomly arranged within the jurisdiction. When printing the admission ticket, please pay attention to the location of the test center, arrange the itinerary reasonably and refer to it normally.
Important reminder: Before submitting for review, candidates must reconfirm whether the registration information is true and accurate, whether the photos meet the requirements, and whether the subjects to be registered are complete. (For example, if you select fewer subjects or omit subjects, you will not be able to add other subjects or modify the reported subjects after approval). The registration information will not be changed after the online audit is passed, and the candidates shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the registration information and photos provided. Candidates who apply for the written examination for the qualification examination of primary and secondary school teachers fail to meet the registration requirements and pass the written examination shall bear the consequences arising therefrom.
Step 8, review. There is no on-site qualification examination for written test registration. After the candidates submit the application information, they will wait for the online review by the Municipal Education Examinations Institute within 48 hours (only the written information such as the candidates' names and ID numbers and the standardization of uploading photos will be reviewed, and the interview agency will review the candidates' application conditions). Candidates are requested to log in to the online newspaper system at any time during the audit date to check the audit status. Candidates who fail to pass the re-examination should re-submit their personal information after revising it during the re-examination. If the modification information is not submitted after the audit period, it will not be approved again. If you fail the exam for unknown reasons, you can consult the city and state education examination institute where the selected examination area is located.
Step 9, pay the fee. After passing the online examination, before the deadline for online payment confirmation, candidates can log in to the online registration system for primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination again, and check the examination results online according to the system prompts and pay the examination fee. After payment, candidates can check whether the registration is successful in the online registration system. Candidates who have not been audited or failed to pass the examination cannot pay the examination fee online. Candidates who pass the exam and fail to pay the exam fee online within the time limit will be regarded as giving up the application by the registration system, and the current application information of the student will be automatically cancelled. After the payment is successful, the candidates register successfully.
