Bees belong to Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera, Spoturopoda, Apiidae and Apiidae in insect taxonomy, and are an important group of Hymenoptera. There are records of bees and their uses in ancient China. Many kinds of products or behaviors are closely related to medicine (such as honey, royal jelly and bee venom), agriculture (such as crop pollination) and industry (such as beeswax and propolis). They are called resource insects. The most familiar ones are Italian bees and oriental bees, which are domesticated artificially to make honey.
Trapping method of wild bees
1. Location: To attract wild bees, you should choose to place beehives in places with rich honey powder sources, near water sources, foothills or slopes of Chaoyang, suitable microclimate and obvious targets. Beehives can be placed under big trees and beside rocks.
2. Seize the opportunity: the success rate of trapping bees is high in different seasons, and April-May in the north and11~ 65438+February in the south are the suitable periods for trapping Chinese bees. From August to September, there are few honey sources in subtropical areas of South China, so wild bees may migrate and are also suitable for trapping.
3. Use old beehives: It is best to use old beehives at home (you can replace the old ones with new ones and exchange traps), because the old beehives contain propolis and beeswax, which is the most successful way to trap bees. Apply a layer of beeswax to the door of the hive (burn the old nest and apply melted beeswax).
4. Regular inspection: Generally speaking, there will be gains after a few days of planting, especially in winter. If it rains for a few days and the sun shines another day, there will be unexpected surprises. When bees return to their nests at night, close the door of the nests and move home as soon as possible to keep them in boxes.
