According to the enrollment brochure issued by official website of Zhongxiang Oriental Star Foreign Language School, the enrollment requirements of this school are school-age children, no household registration, good health and pre-school education. The school was established in March 2006 with the approval of the Municipal People's Government. The school is located at the junction of Mochou Avenue and Wharf Street in the urban area.
