First, AC352 made its first flight at Hafei Airport in the southern suburbs of Harbin.
As one of the most advanced medium-sized helicopters in the contemporary world, its appearance fills the gap of 4~ 13 tons in the helicopter pedigree of our country. The AC352 adopts the conventional layout design of double engines, wide fuselage and single rotor with tail award, and applies a lot of mature advanced technologies, which meet the latest international airworthiness standards and have the integrated overall design capability of the world's advanced technology level. From 20 19 to 12, AC352 completely entered the test flight stage of applicant's terms verification, which lasted for 2 years and 5 months. In order to fully verify whether it meets the relevant regulations of CCAR-29, the R&D team overcame the unfavorable factors such as epidemic situation, and successively carried out verification work on AC352 in Harbin, Jiansanjiang, Liupanshui, Laicheng and other places, such as high temperature, cold, unusable oil, sub-plateau and night flight tests.
2. After AC352 successfully completed the last noise test flight, the applicant's clause verification test flight was successfully completed.
A total of 458 subjects were completed in the applicant's flight test, accounting for 422.5 hours of flight, and more than 20 hours of "parallel flight test" were completed in cooperation with the bureau. The flight test results show that all the performances of AC352 meet the requirements of CCAR-29, which is a solid step towards the airworthiness certification of the final model. The preparatory meeting for the approval of the flight test by the AC352 Bureau was held at Jiansanjiang Airport, marking the official start of the special approval flight test by the AC352 Bureau. The flight test subjects approved by AC352 Bureau include hovering performance, Class A and Class B take-off and landing performance, near-earth handling characteristics, level flight/climb performance, airspeed indicator system, static pressure and barometric altimeter system, visual/instrument static stability, communication and navigation system, human factors, etc. The test flight approved by AC352 Bureau was successfully concluded. The flight test team is about to launch the final blow to the model forensics target.
3.AC352 made a transition flight in Jiansanjiang Airport, and then landed at Fangping Airport in Harbin, marking the successful completion of the special test flight of the aircraft's function and reliability.
Function and reliability flight test is to check the function and reliability of various components and equipment of AC352 fuselage. The functional and reliability flight test items include eight flight tasks, including long-distance flight during the day, jumping flight during the day and long-distance flight at night, which are carried out in the day and night environment respectively, with emphasis on flight tests under visual flight rules and instrument flight rules. In the process of functional and reliable flight test, AC352 carries out long-term flight test every day, which fully proves that the helicopter is a reliable and durable high-quality model. As one of the main types of domestic helicopters, AC352 has reached the world advanced level in rotor system and power plant. In recent years, with the continuous strengthening of China's economic strength and comprehensive national strength, the demand for helicopters in the domestic market continues to grow, and the aviation industry will continue to enrich the helicopter pedigree according to the national development strategy.
Except Type 055 and Type 052DL destroyers, all destroyers of China Navy are limited by the size of flight deck and hangar, and can only operate 4-ton Zhi -9 or imported Ka -28. The former is too small (4 tons) and the latter is too old. If the physical size of Zhi-15 is appropriate, it may provide new possibilities for these old ships. Z 15(AC352) is the first helicopter designed, tested and verified in China based on the newly revised Airworthiness Regulations for Transport Rotorcraft (CCAR-29-R2).
Airbus Helicopter H175 (Airbus Helicopters H175) is a 7-ton medium-sized general-purpose helicopter, which was produced by Airbus Helicopter Company (formerly Eurocopter). In Chinese mainland, H 175 is made in aviation industry corporation of china, and the model is AC352. When H 175 was first introduced, it was called Eurocopter EC 175 and Hafei Z- 15, which was jointly developed by Eurocopter and Harbin Aircraft Industry Group. It was officially launched in the name of EC 175 at the International Helicopter Expo held by Sheep Office in Houston, USA.
