How to issue a visa invoice

Submit your visa application to the embassy/consulate/visa center by yourself, and obtain the invoice in the following two ways:

1. If the visa application is submitted directly to the embassy or consulate, the visa fee, the corresponding photocopying fee and courier fee (such as express delivery) will generally be charged afterwards. Embassies and consulates are not governed by the relevant laws and regulations of China, so they don't need to pay taxes to the China government, so naturally they won't issue invoices to the applicants. However, they usually provide corresponding receipts. If the applicant is on a business trip, he can generally return to the company for reimbursement with the receipt of the embassy or consulate.

2. If the visa application is submitted directly to the visa center, the fee composition generally includes: visa fee+service fee+corresponding copying and printing fee (if there is printing or copying)+courier fee (if express delivery is selected). Similarly, the visa fee is charged to the embassy or consulate, so this part of the fee cannot be invoiced, but the service fee+corresponding photocopying fee (if there is printing or photocopying)+courier fee (if express delivery is selected) is charged by the visa center, and the visa center can invoice the corresponding amount. If the applicant is on a business trip, he can return to the company for reimbursement with the receipt provided by the visa center and stamped with the corresponding cashier's seal.
