Legal analysis: The heirs who have been examined and confirmed by the notary public can inquire about the deposit information of the depositors who are heirs in various banking financial institutions with the "Deposit Inquiry Letter" issued by the notary public. When issuing a deposit inquiry, the notary office shall examine and confirm the fact that the depositor died, and the applicant for inquiry is the legal heir of the depositor.

Legal basis: Article 37 of the Notary Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). If the debtor fails to perform or incorrectly performs the notarized creditor's rights document with payment as its content and shows that the debtor is willing to accept the commitment of enforcement, the creditor may apply to the people's court with jurisdiction for enforcement according to law. If the creditor's rights documents specified in the preceding paragraph are indeed wrong, the people's court shall rule that they shall not be executed, and serve the ruling on both parties and the notary public.
