(2) During seasonal construction, earnestly implement the safety protection measures for seasonal construction, and do a good job of contacting meteorological stations. During construction in rainy season, a special person will be responsible for releasing the weather forecast and informing all construction personnel in time. Reserve enough spare materials such as water pump, lead wire, tarpaulin and plastic film to prevent problems before they happen. During the flood season and typhoon and rainstorm, relevant personnel should be organized to be on duty day and night and take emergency measures in time. After the storm, large machinery, temporary facilities, power lines, etc. The site should be thoroughly inspected, and the construction can be continued only after it is confirmed to be safe.

(3) Before new mechanical equipment is put into use, it must be inspected, appraised and put into use in accordance with the technical test regulations and relevant regulations of mechanical equipment. (4) The hoisting operation should delimit the dangerous area, post obvious safety signs, and close the hoisting operation area, and assign special personnel to strengthen the safety alert to prevent other personnel from entering the hoisting dangerous area. During the hoisting construction, a designated person shall be appointed to listen to the weather forecast at a fixed point. When the wind speed reaches15m/s (above level 6), the hoisting operation must be stopped, and preventive inspection should be done before and after typhoon and thunderstorm.

(5) Signal commanders and contractors with rich hoisting experience must be sent to the construction site, and the operators must have a physical examination before construction. Those who suffer from diseases unsuitable for aerial work shall not arrange aerial work. Operators must hold relevant certificates, and hook personnel must be relatively fixed. Sling equipment should be complete, standardized and effective, and can only be used after inspection before and during use. During the hoisting operation, the orders must be unified, clear and closely coordinated. When hoisting components, when the components are off the ground, suspend the hoisting, and comprehensively check the rigging to ensure that all aspects are safe and reliable before hoisting.

(6) The hoisted components should be assembled on the ground as much as possible, and the assembly platform should be prepared and ensure its strength. Reliable anti-dumping measures should be taken for the assembled parts. When working at height in welding, high-strength bolts and other connection processes, limb protection and reliable safety measures must be set up. When working, you must fasten your seat belt and wear non-slip shoes. If you need to walk on the component, you must hang the steel wire rope on it in advance, and tighten the steel wire rope with flower basket bolts to ensure safety. And hang the safety belt on the safety rope when walking. Operators shall pass through the specified passages and walkways, and shall not climb in the non-specified passages.

(7) It is forbidden to throw anything at high altitude, and the objects are fastened with ropes. Screw, nut, hand tool, covered electrode, cutting block, etc. When working high above the ground, it must be placed in an intact tool bag, and the tool bag should be fastened and fixed. Do not place it at will, so as not to be injured by falling objects.

(8) When welding on site, a special wind shield should be made, and strict treatment measures such as sparking with firearms should be taken to prevent fire and scald. Welding operations shall not be carried out in the open air in rainy days.

(9) During welding operations, inflammable and explosive articles should be removed or covered around the construction site, and open-air welding operations should be stopped when it rains. The shell of electric welding machine must be well grounded, and its power supply should be disassembled and assembled by a professional electrician, and a separate switch should be set and placed in the rain brake box. Electrode holder and handle wire must be well insulated and firmly connected, and gloves should be worn when replacing covered electrode. When working in wet places, you should stand on insulation board or wooden board. When changing the venue or moving the handle, cut off the power supply and don't climb the ladder with the handle. To divide the hot work area, the examination and approval system must be implemented for on-site hot work, the first, second and third-level hot work procedures must be defined, and the fire supervisor should be well implemented. When using naked flame, the welder must carry "two certificates" (welder's operation certificate and hot work certificate), "one device" (fire extinguisher) and "one guardian" (disclosure of guardian's responsibilities). Flammable and explosive articles must be removed from the gas cutting workplace. The storage distance of acetylene gas and oxygen gas shall not be less than 2m, and neither shall be less than 10m when used. Cross operation should be avoided as far as possible during construction. If cross operation is required, it should also be avoided in the same vertical direction, otherwise a safety protection layer should be set.

(10) The construction site shall be clean and tidy, and the equipment, materials and accessories shall be stacked in the designated place and walk along the designated road. Do not pass under dangerous areas or lifting objects, and keep a distance from running machines. Before or after work, cut off the power supply, check the job site and make sure it is safe before leaving.

Most of the materials used in the construction of anticorrosive coatings are flammable, and most of the solvents have different degrees of toxicity. Therefore, fire prevention, explosion prevention and gas protection are very important and should be highly valued and concerned. Cotton yarn, cotton cloth and other articles used in the construction of anti-corrosion coating, which have been wiped with solvent and paint, should be stored in a covered iron drum and treated regularly.
