First, cancel the requirement that people coming to Shanghai and returning to Shanghai fill in relevant information through the "Service for People Coming to Shanghai and Returning to Shanghai" applet before arriving in Shanghai, and report to their village committees, units (or hotels) in time after arriving in Shanghai.

2. Upon arrival in Shanghai, the personnel returning from Shanghai will no longer undergo "landing inspection", "three inspections in three days" and "the fifth day 1 nucleic acid detection"; If the "landing inspection" and "three inspections in three days" are not carried out, the "code with application" will no longer be given a yellow code.

3. For those who have been in Shanghai and returned to Shanghai for less than 5 days, the display interfaces such as "Application with Code" and "Location Code" will no longer display the mark prompt of "Less than 5 days in Shanghai", and they will no longer be restricted from entering relevant public places.

5. For those who live in high-risk areas in China for less than 7 days, implement "7-day home isolation". During the quarantine period, "Code and Applications" will be granted to red team and they will not be allowed to go out. On 1, 3, 5 and 7 days, 1 nucleic acid detection will be conducted respectively.
