Tips for seeking medical treatment during epidemic prevention and control in Changning Maternal and Child Health Hospital (released on March 18)

Medical treatment skills in epidemic prevention and control of Changning Maternal and Child Health Hospital

Dear patients and their families:

At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is complicated and severe. In order to seriously implement the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and effectively protect the health of you and your family, the relevant provisions of our hospital are hereby notified as follows:

First, outpatient service and emergency treatment

1. Please wear a mask regularly during the whole process, take a temperature test, actively cooperate with scanning the "location code" and "trip code" and accept an epidemiological history investigation. Please strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control measures such as "one meter line" and "one person and one clinic".

2. Please take the initiative to tell your personal living history and contact history truthfully. If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other suspected related symptoms, please inform and cooperate with the fever clinic.

3. Please take the initiative to inform the yellow code personnel and cooperate with them to go to the fever clinic. Do not enter the hospital unless there is an emergency medical need.

Second, the hospital management

1. New inpatients and caregivers should pass through the inpatients or caregivers with negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours, otherwise they are not allowed to enter the ward.

2. Encourage "unnecessary absence of escort". Those who really need escort are limited to "one person and one escort". You are not allowed to change the escort at will and bring the "escort wristband" into the ward.

3. Patients and accompanying personnel shall not go out to visit at will during hospitalization. Do not take off your mask at will, pay attention to hand hygiene, and actively cooperate with health monitoring and health code "check once a day".

4. All wards "refuse to visit" to avoid cross-infection, and video visits are recommended.
