The president and legal representative of the college are Wang Zikai, the former vice president of the Party School of Beijing Municipal Committee, a researcher who has been in charge of teaching and scientific research for a long time, and a winner of the special allowance of the State Council. Vice President Yang Hong is in charge of finance, enrollment and employment; Vice President Chen Gengsheng (Associate Professor) is responsible for teaching; Gao Jingmou, the Executive Dean, assisted the Dean to preside over the daily work of the college, focusing on employment and cooperation in running schools.
According to the constitution of the college, the daily education, teaching and administration of the college are decided by holding regular college affairs meetings under the leadership of the dean. The hospital affairs meeting is attended by the leaders at the hospital level and the heads of various departments and offices, and is held once every two weeks.
The teaching and administrative institutions of the college include: college office, academic affairs office, student office, enrollment office, cooperative school office, employment guidance center, finance office, security office, general affairs office and mission office. The academic affairs office consists of English teaching and research section, Marxism-Leninism teaching and research section, aviation etiquette teaching and research section, comprehensive teaching and research section, basic department and supervision room.
