Users of Wuxi Unicom need to provide valid identity documents (if entrusted by others, the agent should also submit the original valid identity documents of the client and himself and the power of attorney for business handling; If the unit customer handles it, he/she must hold the valid certificate of the unit, his/her valid certificate and the authorization letter for business handling) to handle the account cancellation business. Only customers with resident ID cards are allowed to do business on their behalf (temporary id card is not allowed to do so). It needs to be handled in Unicom's own business hall.
