Northeast China is bitter and Beijing is rich ● The family size is getting smaller and smaller, and employment is diversified. The survey shows that there are 2.73 people in each family, with an average age of 43.3 years. Men account for 49.4% and women account for 50.6%. Residents' families are mainly nuclear families with two or three people, and the family size is getting smaller and smaller.

Among family members, 44.9% are employed, 28. 1% are retired, and 27.0% are students and others. Working and retired people with fixed income account for 73% of the family population. Among family employees, 35.0% are employed in state-owned economic units, 4.5% in urban collective economic units, 12.8% in other economic units, 32.9% in individual or private economic units, and 14.8% in other types of employees such as flexible employment.

With the acceleration of urbanization, "new residents" have become an important part. Judging from the household registration status of the respondents, in the survey, the non-agricultural population in this city accounts for 82.6%, the agricultural population in this city accounts for 14.0%, and the agricultural and non-agricultural population in other places accounts for 3.4%. With the advancement of urbanization, many agricultural household registration and migrant workers in this city have settled in towns and become "new residents" in cities and towns. (Note: The survey does not include urban and Chengguan collective households, soldiers in military camps, students in student apartments, etc. )

● Housing is more plentiful and living conditions have improved significantly. In recent years, the city has stepped up efforts to improve the living conditions of urban residents, especially the investment in affordable housing and low-rent housing construction, which has solved the housing difficulties of low-and middle-income families and improved the housing conditions significantly.

Judging from the construction years of existing family houses, those built before 1949 account for 1.2%, those built before 1950-1978 account for 8.7%, and those built between 1979-1998. The data shows that more than 90% of families' houses were built after the reform and opening up.

As far as housing conditions are concerned, 79.0% people live in complete sets of housing, and 265,438+0% people live in other types of housing. ● Urban residents have a high degree of social security. Social security is the foundation of people's livelihood. Among the family members surveyed, 83.4% have enjoyed various social security such as pension and medical care. ● The family life of low-income households is well guaranteed. In this survey, 3.4% families enjoy the minimum living guarantee. Each family enjoys the minimum living allowance of 3 1.8 months. During the continuous subsistence allowance period, each family receives an average of 355 yuan per month. The data shows that at present, the life of low-income families in our city is well guaranteed.

● Family cars and the Internet are rapidly entering people's homes. The survey shows that by the end of August, 100 families had 2 1.7 family cars; 54% of households own and use the Internet, and the data shows that the application of family cars and home networks is entering a stage of rapid popularization.

● Bicycle is still the main way for residents to travel. In the survey, the main mode of transportation used by householders to go to work: bicycles accounted for 49.3%; Self-driving accounted for19.6%; Walking accounted for10.3%; Unit shuttle bus accounts for10.1%; Public transportation accounts for 8.2%; 2.5% choose subway, taxi or other modes of travel. The average one-way time for staff is 27.5 minutes.
