By dialing 12366, taxpayers can get a convenient, efficient, standardized, enthusiastic and thoughtful hotline service without leaving home, easily and independently inquire about all kinds of tax policy information, put forward tax-related service requirements, and supervise the tax service work of the national tax authorities.
Step 3: Solution
Jiangsu State Taxation adopts 12366 software system developed by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC). Jiangsu Zhi Heng Company provides a call center venue with beautiful environment and convenient office (the venue is just across the street from Jiangsu Provincial State Taxation Bureau), and dispatches excellent telephone operators with financial and taxation professional background, relying on five supporting systems: human resources, on-site management system, "integrated" knowledge base of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China and provincial bureaus, operating system, experts and remote agents, to create professional quality for taxpayers.

Jiangsu National Tax 12366 Call Center started trial operation on 20110, and officially opened on 20 12 April. At the beginning, we established 45 seats in cooperation with Zhi Heng, Jiangsu.
