First, the evaluation object
1. Anyone who applies for various series of intermediate and senior titles must obtain the qualification certificate of information quality assessment of professional and technical personnel in Jiangsu Province.
2. The following personnel can be exempted from the test: (1) have obtained a college degree or above in computer science; Release time: 2014-01-kloc-0/0 ⑵ I took the national technical qualification (level) examination of computer technology and software and passed the examination.
Second, the assessment content
1. Professional and technical personnel of subordinate units must participate in the training and assessment of computer application ability of professional and technical personnel nationwide when applying for professional titles. Specific assessment contents and methods will be notified separately after the issuance of "Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Assessment Measures".

Third, the examination subjects
1. There are two examination subjects, Computer Network Technology and Application and AutoCAD 2006, to evaluate the information literacy of professional and technical personnel in Jiangsu Province.
2. Those who declare the professional title of engineering design should take the AutoCAD 2006 exam, and other personnel can choose one of the subjects to take the exam according to their own situation and the need to evaluate the professional title.
