For the purchase of an auction house, the commercial housing development and construction unit shall fill in the Application Form for the Payment of Monetary Subsidy Funds for Affordable Housing and submit a copy of the ID card of the purchaser, the original subsidy certificate, the power of attorney and the commercial housing filing contract to the subsidy fund payment window designated by the Municipal Real Estate Bureau. After receiving the materials submitted by the development and construction unit, the Municipal Housing Security Bureau will allocate the subsidy funds to the bank account designated by the development and construction unit within 15 working days.

For the purchase of existing commercial housing, the commercial housing development and construction unit shall fill in the Application Form for the Payment of Monetary Subsidy Funds for Affordable Housing and submit a copy of the ID card of the purchaser, the original subsidy certificate, the power of attorney, the transaction deed tax invoice and the copy of the transfer property right certificate to the window designated by the Municipal Real Estate Bureau. After the Municipal Housing Security Bureau has reviewed and received the information submitted by the development and construction unit, it will allocate the subsidy funds to the development and construction unit within 15 working days.

For the purchase of second-hand houses, the seller shall fill in the Application Form for the Payment of Monetary Subsidies for Affordable Housing, and submit a copy of the ID card of the purchaser, the original subsidy certificate, the power of attorney, the transaction deed tax invoice and the copy of the property right certificate of the transferred house to the subsidy fund payment window designated by the Municipal Real Estate Bureau. After the materials submitted by the applicant are reviewed and received by the Municipal Housing Security Bureau, the subsidy funds will be allocated to the special account for the supervision of second-hand housing transaction funds within 15 working days.
