Government information disclosure model

Legal analysis: There are two ways to make government information public: 1, which is made public on its own initiative. In other words, the administrative organ should actively disclose government information through government gazette, government website, press conference, newspaper, radio, television and other ways that are easy for the public to know. 2. Make it public upon application. That is, the administrative organ shall compile and publish the guide and catalogue of government information disclosure, and update it in time.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Openness of Government Information. In addition to the government information stipulated in Articles 14, 15 and 16 of this Ordinance, the government information shall be made public. The administrative organ shall disclose government information on its own initiative and upon application.
