China Chengtou Construction Group Co., Ltd. is an enterprise owned by the whole people directly under the central government. The enterprise was jointly established by the former State General Administration of Materials and the Ministry of Finance and other five ministries. The business scope covers planning and design, investment and development, infrastructure construction, housing construction, etc. To provide customers with all-field, all-process and all-factor urban-rural integration construction and operation services.

The company was reorganized and restructured from 2065438 to March 2005. After the reorganization, the current controlling shareholder is China Construction Investment and Production Management Group Co., Ltd., which was jointly established by China Peace Company and Jiahao Huaying (Tianjin) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.
