When the goods enter the warehouse through the entrance conveyor belt, the information of each pallet is written into the pallet through the entrance reader, and then the delivery position is calculated by the computer warehouse management information system, and the inventory instruction is sent to the forklift truck-mounted system through the network system. When the forklift delivers goods, it receives delivery instructions, forks the pallet goods at the designated position, and the forklift reader reconfirms the accuracy of the pallet goods before taking the fork, and then sends the pallet goods to the export conveyor belt. The conveyor belt reader at the delivery port reads whether the pallet label information is accurate, and then delivers the goods. Through the management of cargo pallet, the first-in first-out management in flat warehouse is realized, and the storage capacity of warehouse is greatly improved.

Through the above methods, the functions of cigarette receiving management, cigarette tray storage management, warehouse business management, cigarette tray storage management and interface service are realized in the digital warehouse management information system.

In the logistics distribution center, the application of RFID not only realizes the efficient storage and retrieval of goods, but also realizes the first-in and first-out of goods, maintains appropriate inventory, avoids human operation errors, shortens the supply and marketing planning time, and thus reduces the funds and freight occupied by inventory. Therefore, we use RFID technology to realize the first-in first-out management of pallets. The application of RFID is compared with the technical function of barcode, as shown in table 1:

2. FIFO cargo management based on wireless network and intelligent forklift.

By setting a wireless network station on the roof of the warehouse, the wireless network connection of the whole warehouse is realized. The forklift truck is equipped with RFID reader, antenna and vehicle terminal, which makes the forklift truck a movable workbench, realizes real-time data connection and task allocation with the system, greatly improves the data transmission efficiency and the overall operation level of the warehouse, and can realize the delivery of daily outbound tasks and the distribution management of warehousing goods.

At present, in China, most elevated warehouses cooperate with AGV cars to realize FIFO pallet management, but from the perspective of investment and economic benefits, it also brings certain economic burden to enterprises, so our design concept is to make full use of the existing liquidation and realize FIFO management under certain investment conditions (as shown in figure 1).

3. The realization of vertical warehouse management concept in flat warehouse management.

Based on the application of RFID, WLAN, database and other advanced technologies, the digital warehouse can not only realize the management of cigarette trays, but also realize the first-in-first-out management of cigarette products, greatly improving the storage capacity of the warehouse. In the specific process, we strictly follow the following principles: strictly abide by the principle of first-in first-out of goods; Using roadway management technology to realize FIFO; Using the organic combination of RFID, wireless network and forklift to realize the access control of goods; Through the storage management of flat warehouse, the orderly stacking of goods is realized; Make use of effective system background to ensure information transmission and control.

Based on the above requirements, starting from the actual situation of the company, based on the existing warehouses, organically integrate the elevated warehouses, and adopt the flat warehouses to realize FIFO management (as shown in Table 3).

4. Operation effect

Five, the economic benefit analysis after using the digital warehouse.

Through the establishment of digital warehouse management system, the company realized the automation of warehouse management information, promoted the standardization, standardization and dataization of production process, improved production efficiency, reduced inventory and capital occupation, and enhanced market competitiveness. At present, the company's annual sales volume is about 6.5438+0.8 million cases. Through the transformation of digital warehouse, if the order arrival time is increased, some turnover equipment is added, and the turnover of stored cigarettes is accelerated, the existing inventory capacity can meet the cache of 250,000 boxes or more.

Transforming the original warehouse into a leading digital warehouse with high-tech content in China, our scheme saves a lot of money while achieving the same effect. We choose to install RFID reader antenna and computer on the forklift, which is decided according to the characteristics of the existing flat warehouse. Compared with AGV trolley and other equipment, each one saves about 6.5438+0 million yuan, and more than 4 million yuan can be saved by configuring four sets. For another example, we asked Kunchuan Logistics Company to design a roller conveyor that can be used for loading and unloading goods by forklifts and manual hydraulic trucks, which not only reduced the number of new forklifts, but also made full use of the original equipment, saving more than 6,543,800 yuan.
