Yoga is a spiritual exercise.

Fortunately, I became attached to yoga and teacher Lily of the Valley on 202 1, which opened a road of physical and mental practice for me.

I have certain beliefs, but I have never converted to any sect. Because in this life, there are too many obstacles, too many concerns, too many to let go.

Since May, I have been practicing yoga intermittently, and my body has been extended, and I have begun to penetrate some fears, put down some anxieties, and started to establish contact with my body.

After experiencing the feeling of breathing with heaven and earth, I began to feel that my body can be closely connected with the earth and let my inner self calm down.

A restless heart, at first, has some moments, not affected by the brain, but sinks a little and begins to embark on the return journey from mind to body.

Practice is too mysterious, religion is too abstruse, and there are always many commandments and ceremonies, which are always a little less popular and grounded.

Yoga starts with breathing, falls on the body posture, drives the body to move with breathing, and feels and experiences the true self bit by bit.

Yoga has stopped me from getting carried away and wandering in uneasy thoughts. A little bit into the heart, to find the feeling of connection with the earth.

From this, I began to pay attention to my body and listen to the muscles of every part of my body. What kind of emotions they are telling and what kind of memories they are carrying.

Wu Zhihong said that "the body knows the answer", and our body will never forget all our experiences in this life.

Everything that happens, if it doesn't flow, will be blocked in our muscles, nerves and meridians.

Until we restart the muscles in this part, wake up the muscles, bring breath into the body, and bring these blocked muscle groups, it will naturally affect the emotional memory of the body in the process of waking up the muscle reaction, so that the blocked emotions and experiences can flow again.

Through breathing, we bring consciousness into the body and send a wake-up signal to the body. We give it love, let it relax, talk to the body again, and also talk to the memories buried in the subconscious.

Thanks to Teacher Lily of the Valley for sharing my understanding of yoga and books about yoga. This weekend, I rediscovered yoga and found a way to practice my body and mind in my life.

Grateful! Namaste!
